Candle Facts:

All candles are made from 100% soy wax and non-toxic fragrances. Our fragrances avoid carcinogens, mutagens, acute toxins, reproductive toxins, and organ toxins, because, ew.

Candles are made in small batches in a small basement in Milwaukie, OR. 

Any and all wine or liquor bottles are cut and sanded by hand.
  *Receipts of Costco sized Band-Aid box available upon request if this fact is in question.

Burning Tips:

Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each burn.
   - This helps maintain a clean, controlled flame, and prevents the wick from curling over into the wax.

Allow candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface. 
   - This prevents tunneling and maximizes burn time.

Don't burn longer than 4 hours.
   - This prevents the wick from mushrooming, becoming unstable and/or producing a dangerously large flame.

Common Sense Safety Reminders: 

Never leave a candle unattended.
Keep candle away from flammable materials.
Place candle on a stable surface.
Burn candle on flat, heat resistant surface.
Burn candle in a draft-free area.
